8-29 workout

9-01-14 

Labor day weekend and the Friday before the weekend we had the hardest workout so far. That isn't saying much because that was our fourth workout. the workout was sprint from the starting box for 30 seconds, then you run at your pace for 2 minutes then 30 seconds, then 2 minutes, 30 seconds, 2 minutes and we did that one set 3 times.
